1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the N3TBuy mobile application, website, or any of its services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. N3TBuy is operated by B A Technologies ("we", "us", "our").
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Nigeria with a valid Bank Verification Number (BVN) or National Identification Number (NIN) to use N3TBuy. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your password, transaction PIN, and biometric credentials.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Notifying us immediately at support@n3tbuy.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts found to be using false information, multiple identities, or engaging in fraudulent behaviour.
4. Services Provided
N3TBuy provides digital services including but not limited to airtime purchase, data bundles, bill payments (electricity, cable TV, education), peer-to-peer money transfer, virtual USD cards, NIN/BVN verification, and a referral programme. Service availability and pricing are subject to change at our discretion.
5. Wallet Funding & Transactions
You can fund your N3TBuy wallet by bank transfer to your dedicated virtual account. All transactions made from your wallet are final once a transaction reference is generated, except in cases where:
- The third-party provider (e.g. MTN, DStv, PHCN) reports the transaction as failed.
- The funds were debited but no value was delivered, in which case a refund is automatically processed within 24 hours, or up to 7 working days for delayed reversals.
6. Fees and Charges
Fees applicable to specific transactions are displayed in the app before confirmation. Bank-to-bank transfers may attract a small fee disclosed at the point of sending. We reserve the right to change fees with prior notice through the app.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree NOT to use N3TBuy for:
- Money laundering, terrorism financing, or any illegal activity.
- Fraudulent transactions or chargeback abuse.
- Reselling our services without written authorisation.
- Reverse-engineering, scraping, or interfering with our servers.
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse referral or promotional programmes.
Violation will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to law enforcement.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, and software in N3TBuy are the property of B A Technologies or its licensors and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
9. Third-Party Services
N3TBuy integrates with third-party providers (telecom networks, electricity discos, payment processors, KYC providers). We are not liable for failures, delays, or errors caused by these providers, but we will assist in resolving issues in good faith.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, N3TBuy and B A Technologies are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the affected transaction.
11. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting support@n3tbuy.com. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, suspected fraud, or by regulatory request. Upon termination, any remaining wallet balance will be returned to your verified bank account, less any fees or amounts owed.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction within Nigeria.
